Introduction
Minteer Real Estate Team wanted to spruce up their branding to distinguish themselves as one of the top real estate agencies within the DFW Metroplex. They wanted the new branding to be recognizable and reflect the team’s values and beliefs. Their new branding needed to be scalable and open for growth in terms of audience, market, and company size.
We began this project with a workshop with all of Minteer’s staff in attendance to gather insights that would provide guidance for the rebranding project.

We created a framework by developing personas for the brand.
Naming Options
Our team was also tasked to explore naming options. The client wanted to know if they should retain “Minteer” or change their name. Below was a list of naming criteria we had to adhere while brainstorming ideas.
